Hi there! First I would like to say how happy I am to have stumbled onto this site, there are actually a few forums here that definitely apply to me, I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks in varying degrees for the last 18 years approximately, as well as sometimes severe emetephobia AND lastly I have IBS.... so I'm sure I will be seen popping up all over the place. I am a mother as well as self employed from home and recently separated .... so you can imagine how all those stress levels have affected my existing struggles , not only that I find sometimes being at home can be beneficial because it's the "safe place" however it can backfire and make me anxious to leave the house too! ! Anyway, there are some tidbits about me, I'm very happy to be here and hope I can help some along the way as well! Thanks! :D
