Prickling around chest

Today i've been getting this random prickling feeling around my chest area and sometimes radiates to my arm.

It's not painful or anything, its mainly a discomfort that is worrying me.

Recently I've been very anxious due to my period and i'm still worrying about swallowing things into my lungs. I currently have a sore throat from constant gulping because of mucus build up and coughing when I feel something is going down the wrong way.

Has anyone got anything they can tell me?

It seems you are in a cycle of a lot of fear right now. I can't remember what you've told me in the past, but I really hope you can see your GP and get started treating your anxiety. You are far too young (well, we all are really) to spend one more day of your life in the chains of anxiety.

Channie, my anxiety goes crazy at that time of the month too. Maybe the constant swallowing and coughing is causing the funny sensations.
