been struggling with health anxiety for years now without any meds,recently doc advised me to take 20mg cit which i did for a few weeks but i felt even worse on them so im trying to sort this thing myself . my thing used to be worry about being away from home and heart attacks, but in recent years since swine flu i worry about catching flu/colds etc . stupid i know i buy any thing that prevents colds etc and i have let it take over. if i think im getting a cold i feel my mouth goes dry/throat etc i feel cold/hot. but often im fine next day so why is this? think i should go to the docs and get a full health check then hopefully i can get these stupid thoughts out of my head. am i alone in these feelings
