I have been trying wean off diazepam and zoplicone by decreasing quarter of a tablet every two weeks. Earlier this week I dropped my diazepam tablet down to a final quarter and zoplicone final quarter. I still take one full diazepam 2mg before bed.
Over the last couple of days I have started to feel really anxious and sick. Today being really bad. My doctor said to drop quarter every two weeks. He is worried the sertraline isn't working, so have been weaning off diazepam and zoplicone to see if it is working.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Do you think I might be dropping too quickly?
I have been trying to get right for a nearly a year now. On my second antidepressant. Just when I think things are getting better, and get knocked back and feel like I have to start all over again.
