Ammonia poisoning?

Yesterday I bleached my hair and inhaled quite a bit of bleach.

Today i'm suffering with a sore throat and its irritating so its causing me to cough.

I also feel a slight ache in my chest, I think it's coming from my lung.

I keep having to gulp too and I just feel tired.

Should I be worried about it???

No you would not have inhaled enough to do any damage. I would have a walk out in the fresh air and it may make you feel a bit better x

I used to have home hair dye. but don't now as I always felt ill when the dye was on my scalp. I don't know if the smell had anything to do with it . All I can tell you is I will not be using it again.
