mixing meds

Hi All
Does anyone know if its okay to take Diazepam with paracetamol? I've been trying all day to keep calm an use breathing and distraction techniques but myt heart is still thumping quickly, plus I've got chest pain an a headache an wanted to know if I could take the 2mg diazepam for my heartrate and paracetamil for the pain in chest and head!! :( bad day today, I'm doin all I can to shake it off plz help! :weep:
