Ectopics and lightheadedness

Hello

I'm new to this forum and have a question about ectopic heartbeats which I have been getting for years but recently have felt lightheaded for a second or two with the irregular beat. It happens about once a week and I start to panic, hold my chest and wonder what will happen next. Its really scary. Anybody else get the same? I know the ectopics are nothing to worry about as I've been checked out but the lightheartedness is what worries me.
