Hi everyone. I'm desperetly looking for anxiety support group in Cardiff or looking for someone from my area who suffers from the same as me. I go on support group but it's only for depression and what I've got is severe anxiety at the moment:( I'm changing tablets now and I just want to talk to someone who can understand the way I feel. hope that you all had a good day :)

There used to be a weekly free support group met in a room at Whitchurch hospital. Give them a ring and see if it still going
