Hi, my name is Amy and I have been suffering from panic disorder and anxiety for almost a year now. I'm currently on some meds to help me and I'm in therapy as well. My family doesn't understand any of what I am going through so I don't really have a support system. Hoping I will meet some wonderful people here that are able to help me :D
