Brand New to all of this

Hi Everyone my name is Katie I am 28 years old and I have been suffering from anxiety and panic since I was a kid. I started taking anti-depressants when I was 19 and decided to finally come off of them 2 months ago. I have never been on a forum before but I am excited to talk to other suffers and maybe together help beat this monster!
