Hey everyone. So currently I am on the road to recovery but am having a hard time breaking the worry habit, like today for instance I was worrying about worrying...how ridiculous. Anyone have any tips on learning to let go of worry?

Hi. I wish I knew the answer to that one. I am a chronic worrier. I can handle it most of the time but every now and then it overwhelms me. I think distraction is the key for me, trying to keep busy. I lost my job a few months ago and i'm finding it really tough not having structure to my day and missing just being with people. good luck with your continued recovery.
