Thanks so much for replying:)yes I managed to ride the panic out and
I know I can do this it's just at the time of the panic and because mine always seems to be
in the early hours.... also it might be subconsciously I realise no ones up to talk might make it worse, but I guess I just have to get over it and keep riding it out which can only make me stronger
