I am having such a hard day today. I have been obsessively worrying that I am going crazy to the point that I am worried I am losing touch with reality. I am so scared abd I am so tired of worrying about this....if im going to go crazy then I wish it would just happen. Does anyone else fear this so badly? How do I overcome this?

Beleive me, if you were going crazy, you wouldn't be aware or worried about it. Anxiety makes you fear losing your mind, but nobody has ever gone mad through anxiety. It part of GAD... You (and me) just fix on something to worry about and the thoughts stick. They seem real but they are just thoughts.
