So I just wondered if anyone else experiences quick pain that lasts a split second in the back of the head, even to be towards the lower part of the skull?
I have very tense neck and shoulders and ofyen get massages but this doesnt seem to help very much as almost straight away I am tense again, but I think it is realted as my shoulders and arms are very tight from the gym, being tense and working at a desk all day.
I am quite worried it could be something more sinister so am keen to know I am not the only one who gets this. xx
