just thought i'd let you know i managed to go to my assessment today, despite crying nearly the whole way through I actually feel like they listened and understood. Have to wait to see a psychiatrist to change my meds as apparently 15yrs on ssri's is too long so slightly anxious about changing meds due to some nasty side-effects i've had with some :( I also have to see a psychologist for a combination of therapies which hopefully i will be able to implement better than the last lot of CBT where i found myself manically do the techniques with surprisingly few results lol.
