My name is Richard, Im 60 but look 40 lol
I am currently spending time out here in Portugal, trying to help my son and his partner and kids have a better life. Its great fun, but as grandad its like going back to when we had our own kids - little darlings, well most of the time.:)
I have arrived here by chance. I shouldnt read info about "problems on the net, but out here things like GAD, if thats what I have have no real support.
Portuguese is notoriously difficult but I am slowly learning each day.
So thats it; I feel sorry for those who are suffering, but I also need some personal support with my problems.
