I have so many symptoms and problems that I don't know what belongs to what.

I have high blood pressure while taking an ace inhibitor and beta blocker, I have headaches and dizziness on and off, pins and needles in my hands at night in bed, awful sleep, excessive sweating when doing any form of exercise or in any remotely warm temperature.

The worst of all however....over the weekend I started seeing cross eyed vision.

I already have 2 known eye problems, the first was being born with whats called a congental alternating convergent strabismus (squint) and my brain learned how to do alternate suppression as a result so I physically cannot focus with both eyes at one time and get true binocular vision. This is not like having a squint in one eye alone, both my eyes had 20/20, 6/6 vision.

Unfortunately around 2 years ago I also developed the cornea disease Keratoconus which has ruined the vision in my left eye because of the crazy shaped cornea, again I could deal with this because I could focus only with my right eye and suppress my left eye a lot. I am under a top eye hospital for this cornea problem and waiting to see a professor.

Anyway over the weekend I started seeing my nose in my vision? it took me ages to figure out what on earth is happening, it seems that somehow I am now using both my eyes at the same time when I look to my right I am actually using my left eye, if I look to my left I am using my right eye.....

looking straight ahead I can see my Keratoconus vision of my left eye on my right side and my normal vision of my right eye on my left side....I have crossed eyes?

I went straight to A+E who got me back into seeing the local eye unit (my other specialist is 30 odd miles from here and I don't drive)

So I have been given a series of appointments:

Friday 28th - Endocrinology
Thursday 3rd - Orthoptist
Thursday 10th - Cornea specialist
Tuesday 15th - Refraction
Wednesday 16th - Neurology

I am waiting on results of 24 hour urinary test for cortisol and catecholamines....probably get that result at the endo on 28th

anyway the net result stays the same....I still think as i have done for 19 months now BRAIN TUMOR.

Oh and its 5 appointments so far in 3 different hospitals.....!
