So as some of you may know my health anxiety also has a side serving of being highly med phobic (I struggle just taking Tylenol) well last night I was eating peanut brittle and chipped one of my bottom teeth. I can't get into see my dentist till Saturday.

My wife bought me some orajel and even though I'm in immense pain right now I am holding the tune staring at it scared to apply it incase I have a bad reaction or it interacts poorly with my cipralex, is this even possible is this stuff safe?

Thanks fish,

I think part of the reason I'm so keyed up is I only got maybe and hours sleep last night.

Should be absolutely fine to take it, with no interactions. It's just like rubbing vodka on your gums ;) Like fishmanpa said, they use it for teething babies.

Scrumking, I can absolutely relate to being scared to take medications. I'm one of those who read every last word on the instruction leaflet while my mum rolls her eyes in the background.
