Hello,

I'm basically a worrier. I feel like I must be cursed, bad things happen to me and that's just why I always expect the worse. I feel like if I'm worrying about a situation then I will be more prepared for the inevitable worst possible outcome. I am on sertraline and awaiting CBT. Can't wait to be old normal me again and learn to be more positive.

Hey, sorry to hear you feel like that. I'm also a worrier, so you aren't alone! CBT should be able to help you, I am seeing a CBT therapist and it is helpful! But on the other side, I've been prescribed Sertraline and am too scared to take it! Have you found it ok? Try and think positive, how long til your CBT starts?x

Thank you. I find the sertraline does help to lift my mood, but not much else really. I should be starting CBT in around 4 weeks. I'm hoping it will help, had enough of always thinking the worst! X
