I have suffered with depression for around 30 years I can be of for a couple of months then one day I wake up and it's back again...I'm 45 and have a young son and try to use him as a positive in my life but when your down nothing really matters....just found this site...never really thought about seeking out like minded people until I started reading a book on CBT. ..good luck everyone...I hope to make friends here
