Hiya folks. I'm 43 and have been suffering on and off with anxiety/depression since I was a child. I'm currently on meds (and this time I've stuck with them for over 18 months!) So glad to have found this site, at last it seems I have found a place where people understand without being judgemental. Sometimes my days are very dark and it'll be nice to chat with folk that truly understand :)

My nan always used to say a cuppa solves everything. My school matron, however, swore by milk of magnesia. 'matron, I've cut my arm off in the circular saw'. 'here, have some milk of magnesia and run along now'. Lol
