Im Sazz, Have had General Anxiety Dissorder since i was about 14. Only just found that out at the ripe old age of 42, after a bit of a breakdown! Ive been taking meds for about 8 months, which helped me see the wood for the trees as it were. Recently weaned off as my hair started to thin and fall out. I know right, sexy beatch ha. May or may not be due to meds. Time will tell! Hope ive done the right thing. Bit nervous about it. I have two kids, single parent. Need to stay even for them! Just started CBT, trying to eat clean and get plenty of exersise. I was using weed and red wine, before i asked my GP for help, found they gave me a good place to hide :-/
