i can't stop shaking!!

hi.
i can't stop crying and shaking right now. i feel so ill and have been like this for the last few hours. i'm so scared beyond belief and think there is something really wrong with me. :weep:
i feel so out of it and think i might have hypoglycemia. should i feel better after eating something though?.
i was checked for diabetes but they said my blood sugar levels were fine could they have have made a mistake?
so afraid i'm going to slip into a coma? :weep:

Obviously no one can diagnose you here, but you would feel better after eating something sugary. But I'm pretty sure the doctor wouldn't have made a mistake.

You obviously know you have anxiety by joining this forum so perhaps you could try and treat that?
