Hi everyone,newbie here! Have been looking at this site for a while now,finally found the time to join.I have always been a bit of a worrywart but last year I started suffering from health anxiety big time.It all started with a virus in April 2013 which would not go away.After that, I started getting lots of weird symptoms which made my anxiety go through the roof.Various tests followed-blood tests,ecgs,ct brain scan,doppler scans,all of which came back normal.It was only by July last year I started to feel more normal.However the anxiety is now back with a vengeance.I have a very stressful life,I look after my elderly dad full time and have to cope with existing health problems too,these are as follows-
Fibromyalgia for 9 years
IBS on and off for 12 years
Irritable bladder
Mild Osteoarthritis in hip and lower back
By the way I am 47 years old
