Your life definitely isn't over, but it does sound like you are having a rough time. When I was at my worst, I could barely get out of bed and go to work - every day was an exercise in just getting to the end of it. To move on from there took determination, suspending my rather cynical view of talking therapies and developing a plan which looked at where the problems existed, what I could change and therefore what I could do to try and make myself feel a bit better.

It convinced me that it really is possible to move forwards and i am now, looking back under no illusion that I was depressed.
