I'm reluctant to post as I'm not sure what its going to achieve but here goes.
I've been feeling a heck of a lot better in myself this week, been functioning more normally and making a good deal of progress. I've been very pleased with myself. Until today.
Was in a shop earlier, just browsing, no stress, when suddenly I had this sensation in the left of my chest. Its very difficult to describe how it felt so not even sure why I'm posting, but it felt like my insides went empty and a filling up in the left side of my heart.
It's not the first time I've been affected by odd sensation just in the left of my heart. Its exactly where the dr listened the other day when he checked my heart over.
I don't want to be calling the dr again. They're fed up of me and quite frankly I'm fed up with it as well. But these sensation are very real and very frightening. I felt a brief tingle in my tongue after and my heart started racing moments after. When I sat down outside I took my pulse (which I don't really do anymore as its one of those checking things) and it was 100. It would have been more in the shop. I'm guessing about 120 but couldn't be certain.
A while back I posted that I had a very quick feeling in my chest that went from my breast into my head and down my arm.
And in the car back from work one day a while ago I had a squeeze in the same part of my chest.
I know the go will say muscular. But it feels like an organ. It's deep. It feels like its the heart.
Is there people out there who are trained to hell you with certain fears. I know there's counselling and cbt etc but my worries always come back to my heart.
I know I suffer with anxiety and panic but I am certain these sensations start the panic off.
It's such a vicious circle.

Oh and I forgot to add that this evening I've inadvertently read something which suggested I was suffering from cardiomyopathy. Apparently cold viruses can cause it? And also there's a risk to your heart from taking the contraceptive pill which I did for ten years. It gave me gallstones so I'm convinced its given me the heart disease the arrival said it can cause.
I blooming hate reading things by accident.
