Hi guys,
I'm very much in distress. I've been on cipralex for 4 days, the side effects have been relatively manageable and I do at times feel better, even if it's for a few hours. Just one thing, I've had terrible derealisation and feel that I'm living in a dream, and that I didn't truly wake up this morning, while I I don't believe in this thought, it's made me feel alone and scared and anxious as well, making it seem true. Logically I know I'm not dreaming, yet I can't feel it mentally and emotionally. Will it get better??? Please help me guys??
