hi, i ve had this issue for nearly 2 yrs now and obviously with anxiety i think its my heart but im 25 and had this 2 yrs now and had ekgs and bloods all normal. i have really bad posture aswell but anyway ill do my best to explain the feeling, when i sit and my bed and i lean back with my hands behind me so i am kinda of in like a press up position but with my back facing the bed and i bend my arms down like a press up motion i feel a tight pain across my chest and when i stop it goes and when i stand up and stretch my chest open it feels really stiff like its all ceased. i ve probs explained it wrong but if you know what i mean any input will be great. also i am very inactive and out of shape and im trying to exercise to challenge the health anxiety.

Get some doorway stretches in and gently open your chest out for a good 45 sec interval 3 times a day.
I had this but was a work injury from being bent over position alot at work.
