Is this my anxiety and depression?

I suffer with anxiety and depression, I recently broke up with my boyfriend, I can't seem to stop crying even though it's been about three weeks ago, on Sunday I even cried enough to make myself vomit, I was wondering if this has anything to do with my condition?

Hi Butterfly if you are anxious and depressed it wont help your situation,is there anybody you can talk to about your problems?.
