Hello,
I'm Kim and I'm a social anxiety sufferer, and determined not to turn into an agoraphobe! :scared15:
I'm also a PhD student studying - you guessed it - Mental Health! So any words of wisdom will be wonderful. I'll also be posting for willing participants in my studies as I really want to find out if social groups for people with mental health problems are successful. I'm hoping that my findings will help with funding treatment for people like us going forward as I think we are still neglected.
