With my HA fears around bowel cancer.

Then I saw an article on a news site about a woman who was rushed to hospital and they found she had cervix and bowel cancer. :(

Now, I am a mess.

I know it's a trigger to read things like this. It's very sad what happened to that woman. But you are not her. You are doing better you are just having a blip :hugs:

This is how health anxiety keeps its grip on us. We've all been there so dont beat yourself up. But RE is right, that's not you so try and put the thoughts out your head. What evidence do you have for and against the argument?
