Been on prozac for 3 days now and feel really spaced out on them :weep:

Hi Tracy,

This happens quite often in people who start a new medication. It should subside within a couple of weeks. It tends to just happen in the period that your body is adjusting to the new medicine and trying to find a balance. If it is still bothering you in a few days and you're feeling really uncomfortable, give your GP or whoever prescribed the medicine a call and discuss how you are feeling on them and what to expect. You could also just have a chat with your local pharmacist as well, they are pretty knowledgable in terms of side effects and when to expect them to subside.

It's very early days yet, but yes, could be the start of side effects. It could also be because you are expecting something to happen too. Stick with it and see how you feel in a few more days.
