Does anyone else grind their teeth? I've done this for as long as I can remember.. I'm not sure whether it's just something I do, or whether it related to anxiety or not.. it causes me a lot of headaches. :(

I also grind my teeth and have found chewing gum helps me relax and believe it or not, keeps my teeth clean and my gums exercised. Dentist asked me after not seeing him for a year. "What have you been doing to maintain your teeth?" 'Chewing gum I said. He said make sure it's sugarless. Just a thought for you.

Don't walk in front of me I may not follow.
Don't walk behind me I may not lead.
Just walk beside me and be my friend

Very very common is this - my friends dentist has given her a mouth guard and she's says it's the best contraceptive ever :D:D:D

Love Piglet x

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.

hi, i do this loads in the night (so i'm told!). I also tend to clench my teeth together during the day - i dont know if it is the anxiety causing it, or the clenching making me feel tense. I'm wondering if it is also caused by my wisdom teeth, as they are stuck behind my other teeth so maybe the pressure is causing my jaw to ache. Might be worth talking to your dentist about if its causing you headaches.

I do this all the time as well, I have a gotten very rough tension-headaches at times from it as well.

I also have a shin, but if I were it, it hurts in another way.
