I realised that it is time to delete the predictive dictionary on my phone. Almost every word it suggests now is a medical term!

I love my phone but lately it has been 'health anxiety on the go' which makes me worse. I have apps like heart rate monitor, stress test. Medical apps... They are getting deleted. I'm also going to ditch my health websites. All the ads on websites and search engines are 'DO YOU HAVE A HORRIBLE POTENTIALLY FATAL DISEASE? YOU COULD HAVE! HERE ARE 5 VAGUE COMMON SYMPTOMS!"

Essentially, throw away my stick and let the Tiger come if it wants to. (Thanks, Claire Weekes).

Although health is important, no one else I know lives their life around it. They don't think about it, unless they get very ill. Anyway, it is Mother's Day and I have a present to open from my beautiful daughter AND British Summertime begins today! Lots to feel good about. :) :)

I hope you all have a wonderful day today, particularly all the mums. :)

Remember Victor Meldrew's wife moaning at him when he developed a rash or a spot and rushing to that medical book he had? Get rid of them, they seem to cause more problems that they solve!
