Cant take anymore

For I the past 3 weeks i have been suffering from dry eyes, mouth and throat.
Dr said i may have sicca syndrome and i get the results of blood tests next thursday.
I have had similar symtons a few times over the years and thankfully the symptons have resolved.
my throat is sore after eating even though i have been drinking lots of water when eating.
I just cant take anymore.
Work also want me to take on a new role.
I feel like im dying.
All these symptons started after dentist said i had a dry mouth.
Could stress cause all this .

Well the sicca syndrome could be the cause of the dryness (anxiety can cause extreme dry eyes and mouth too) but yeah anxiety can certainly make you feel like you're dying.
