Chest spasm

For the last 3 days I've been getting chest muscle spasm, it's like in the centre of my chest but slightly to the right a bit, I don't normally notice it during the day because I'm doing stuff, but when I'm in bed at night I feel it quite a bit.
I've tried stretching my chest and all sorts but doesn't seem to go away
How do I know it's not a coronary artery spasm?

You don't feel a artery spasum you just have heart pain. I know I've had one

So you don't feel anything other than chest pain?
I'm just feeling squeezing type sensation around my right pec and the odd twitch now and then when I'm still or lyin down

It was just pain. You don't feel a twitch it was only during cath when they could tell it was spasuming

It could be a muscle spasm. Tension is a big thing in anxiety and you are a bit worried at the moment about your other issue.

You could ask your GP at your appointment.

Do you have dexiocardia?
Most likely to be a muscle spasm, especially if you can see the twitching.
