First of all, I would just like to say that this site is something of a Godsend for me. I've been struggling with Anxiety and Agoraphobia for some months now and it's been very difficult finding people who understand something of what I'm going through. When I try to explain how Agoraphobia is affecting me, to someone who has never experienced it, I feel that I may as well be speaking in Klingon. Anyway, one of the greatest feelings is the realisation that you are not alone and having read some of your experiences, I feel somewhat reassured to know that I'm not alone in experiencing the feelings of isolation, frustration and despair caused by this debilitating and life altering condition. If anyone is based in or near Bournemouth, it would be great hear from you.
