about half an hour ago i started to feel like j was going to be sick. ive been very bloated today and burping alot. my stomach is making noises too. but why do i shake uncontrollably when i feel sick? i clench my teeth and shake violenty its horrible. ive been like that for years. i hate feeling sick its scaring me :( i wish it would go away
