Hi! I just wanted to ask that if my anxiety and panic is caused by 3 years of substance abuse, will this feeling (out of is, mad, derelization, anxiety) ever go away? When my brain is finally clean? I know it takes several months for the brain so get back to normal but what about my condition, is there any chance?
I'm 20 years old and I started to use 30mg codeine a day a couple of years ago, which I know is not a lot at all but I'm pretty sure that it still caused me all of this and my brain is still developing. Thank you for your support!
