Does anyone ever get the feeling that their insides are burning? Mainly chest and stomach?
I don't know whether I've got acid reflux, or whether I'm so convinced something is wrong with me that I'm essentially imagining the symptoms. But it's incredibly unpleasant, and of course it's hard to stave off the panic when the physical sensations are so powerful.
Also: has anyone found Citalopram to be useful in changing one's reaction to bodily sensations? I'm so anxious right now that the slightest sensation alarms me, and I'm just wondering whether I should bite the bullet and start taking medication.
Thanks
