waves of nausia

For the past 2 weeks I've been getting waves of nausia that start in my head. Like a little headache that comes on. It's a real debilitating felling as soon as it comes on I.have to lie down and I fell sick. I went to the Dr he.prescribed me anti nausia pills they don't seem to working I'm scared it's something serious.

Make your GP aware that they are not working so he/she can continue to look for solutions.

The only thing I could otherwise say is that I found accupressure useful in lessening mine at the beginning. There are also sea sickness bands for your wrist, which are accupressure, but I've never used them.

Are you sure it's not migraine or some other form of headache issue such as cluster headaches?

Did your GP say what it could be?
