New to the forum

Hi all,

I've a history of depression but in the last few years severe anxiety and also panic attacks (which I wouldnt wish on anyone) Currently suffering quite badly (quarter life crisis not helping!) and have just sabotaged my relationship which was the thing that got me through my first panic attacks and the subsequent year 'off'.

Looking forward to getting involved in this website as even just reading other peoples conversations on a thread has a calming effect.

Welcome to NMP, Little Pecos. This site is fantastic for finding people that understand exactly how you feel and what you're going through. I found that finding the posts of people with some recovery under their belts and reading their old posts has been very helpful to me. There is a lot of hope to be found here.
