well 1st brought on by nothing
no symptoms of pain as normal, just sudden shaking inside etc
obviously then followed by pins n needles , feeling like someone standing on middle of my chest and funny tastes in mouth/ dryness
needing some reassurance as at home childminding a friends child but luckily shes just fallen asleep
