we have no symptoms to begin with, then all of a sudden we feel anxious for no reason then all of a sudden we have ACTUAL pain ie in the chest, arm or wherever??
i feel like im in a vicious circle right now as when i get an attack the symptoms then start (i know we often get this the other way round ie we feel the pains or sensations then the panic sets in)
