Ive woken up very early after a restless night. Panic mode on full as I feel lousy with all the aches and pains in my back, chest, neck and shoulder and arm. Still feel breathless and still convinced its cancer. Really fighting the whole Im going totally crazy thing here and losing! :wacko:
