Since january Ive had every cancer under the sun... or at least I thought I did. I have blood tests, ECG's, Pelvic ultrasound ETC found a couple of things wrong with me like slightly low thyroid and raised testosterone levels which they say indicate polycystic ovary syndrome (even though no cysts have been found on ovaries) and white blood cells in urine but no infection. apart from that all tests have come back normal.

Now Im worrying about lymph nodes! Ive found some new lumps thats im sure werent there before on the left side of my neck. Cant really feel any on my right side. Ive been to the doctors so many times its getting embarrassing and I feel stupid. I was doing quite well over the past week and now this!

Would a full blood count have detects anything wrong with Lymph nodes ?

Yes, it would detect a high white blood cell count which would then require further testing. If there was anything indicating a serious illness he would not of let you go.
