My top & most hated symptom is debilitating nausea! :weep:

As soon as that hits BAM I struggle to keep my anxiety levels down. I'm hungry but just cannot eat which makes the nausea worse, obviously. I start feeling lightheaded, hot, fragile & weak & struggle to carry on with my day, when it appears when I'm at work I dread it.

Anyone have any advice or treatments to help the nausea?

I feel really icky right now. :mellow:

When I had this symptom at work I found using accupressure helped.

There are free tutorials online for that.


You could even try a nausea wrist band. I never tried these though.


Employ a distraction technique. I read about counting backwards and it helped whilst I performed the accupressure.

Oh, hey, yeah, they sell those wristbands at the pharmacy! They work for car sickness (ever ridden in a taxi in Mexico???) ... As with flu, I find slowly sipping ginger ale and nibbling soda crackers helps ... Good luck, hun.

Thats a point, ginger ale like Canada Dry can help. Also sucking something can be a useful distraction.
