Kalms side effects

I just wondered if kalms can give you a bad tummy. I've heard that they can and it is putting me off taking them but I would like to give them a try to see if they can help me. Any thoughts?

Hi oscar anything we take can cause side effects ,I used kalms I was fine had no side effects but everyone is different they are natural remedy so im sure you be okay xx
