Anxiety doing my head in

I have had anxiety for over a year, last night was probably the worst, I had a feeling like i was going to die and something bad was going to happen.
This morning the whole left side of my face went numb shortness of breath. Is this normal for anxiety, I went into the Dr's to get checked out, he said my heart and every thing sounds fine.


It's starting to do my head in now. Is this normal.....

Yes, it is alarming but perfectly normal. It's good that you got checked out at the Drs, I hope that gives you some peace of mind.
Check out the symptoms list to the left of the screen, you will see loads of stuff described on there and their causes.
