sore throat & lump

for about a month or near as. i,ve had a sore throat at times bad. and a little lump behind my ear it may be something connected but as an anxiety sufferer im scared. my throat don,t seem as bad today but im worried

your glands can swell up when your ill, I have lumps behind my ears when im unwell but they go away after a while
